Firefighters Calendar prides itself on providing quality products and a high standard of service to its customers. All orders and purchases made through our online store are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Firefighters Calendar is committed to complying with legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Your privacy is important to us and we have relevant security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will be stored and managed by Firefighters Calendar and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. Your personal information is never shared or distributed to any third parties and are used simply to verify your identity and correctly process your order.
A postage fee of $4.95 will be added to the total bill at checkout for all orders being posted to locations within Australia. For International postage, the postage fee will be calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly outlined prior to you making your purchase. Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
Please note that we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal or Electronic Funds Tranfer.
